Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing U.S. tech company in the commercial real‑estate sector, is building a new Supply Growth Team. As a Sales Development Representative you will contact real‑estate professionals by phone to verify listings, update CRM data and nurture industry relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact agents, brokers, owners and investors to verify and update key listing information in the CRM.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to maintain and enhance industry relationships.
• Gather feedback on past listings, assess market activity and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with external contacts and internal teams, aligning with the brand’s voice.
• Collaborate with peers and management to refine outreach strategies and improve data quality.

Required profile

• Exceptional English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and quick‑learning in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn the commercial real‑estate industry and its participants.
