Reservations Executive (Luxury Lodges)

About the role

As a Reservations Executive you will manage reservations and oversee the entire pre‑arrival journey for Awasi’s luxury lodges, from the first guest interaction to arrival. The position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all reservations are accurate, complete, and aligned with Awasi standards.
• Oversee payment processes and compliance with commercial policies.
• Maintain high‑quality guest information, including preferences, special requests and travel details.
• Anticipate guest needs and prevent operational or service issues before arrival.
• Elevate the pre‑arrival experience into a defining part of the guest journey.
• Coordinate personalized experiences and external services for each stay.
• Provide clear and inspiring communication with guests regarding their upcoming stay.

Required profile

• Experience in boutique hotels, luxury lodges or high‑end hospitality environments (strongly preferred).
• Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Clear, structured and professional communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong anticipation capabilities.
• Deep sensitivity to guest experience and brand identity.
