Remote Recruiting Specialist

About the role

The Remote Recruiting Specialist drives outbound sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates for both internal hires and Canadian client positions. Working fully remotely, you will engage, qualify, and guide candidates through structured assessments to deliver transparent, data‑driven hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify passive candidates according to defined screening criteria.
• Conduct outreach, engage prospects, and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Facilitate structured candidate assessments and compile objective hiring reports.
• Collaborate with co‑founders and account managers via Slack and Zoom to align hiring strategy.
• Support internal recruitment initiatives and adapt to client‑specific hiring needs.
• Provide transparent, data‑focused feedback to stakeholders.
