About the role
The Language Doctors, Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Engagement Representative to be the first point of contact for new client requests. You will qualify inbound leads, provide initial cost estimates, and guide prospects through the early stages of our sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via email, phone, web forms, and live chat.
- Gather required information (service type, language, duration, deadlines) to qualify each request.
- Provide initial cost estimates and explain service policies to set clear expectations.
- Collaborate with the Production team to confirm final pricing and ensure seamless handoff.
- Track all interactions and updates in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up to keep projects moving forward.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and share feedback to improve conversion rates.
- Answer the main sales line, create deals in HubSpot, and redirect complex requests to the Sales Manager.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer support (B2B or B2C).
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1); knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a results‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM system) proficiency.
