Rapid Prototyping (RPT) – CEO Projects / AI Operator

About the role

Terrific is building the next generation of social commerce through live shopping powered by real‑time data and AI. The Rapid Prototyping (RPT) – CEO Projects / AI Operator works directly with the CEO to accelerate high‑leverage initiatives across revenue, partnerships, market expansion and internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own special projects for the CEO covering revenue, partnerships, market expansion, strategic accounts, AI workflows, internal systems and narrative development.
• Leverage AI to compress research, synthesis, drafting, workflow design, meeting preparation and execution cycles.
• Produce commercial briefs, operating documents, account plans, market maps, partner analyses and internal decision memos.
• Translate vague CEO priorities into clear workstreams with owners, deadlines and deliverables.
• Pressure‑test ideas using commercial logic and support founder‑led growth work where speed and precision matter.
• Build repeatable AI‑assisted workflows that boost productivity across marketing, sales, client strategy and execution.
• Help leadership move faster without lowering standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years in strategy, founder’s office, GTM ops, consulting, product strategy, biz ops or similar high‑output environments.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong AI fluency for research, synthesis, drafting, automation and knowledge‑management use cases.
• Experience in at least one of Terrific’s pillars: eCommerce, Marketing or Media, with the ability to become commercially fluent across all three quickly.
• Excellent writing, synthesis and presentation skills; high stamina, high standards and low ego.
