Quality Assurance Specialist – Remote (Digital Marketing Agency)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑obsessed Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold and improve the standard of excellence across all deliverables in our fast‑paced digital marketing agency. The role involves reviewing technical details, catching errors before they reach the client, and ensuring remote teams produce high‑quality work that matches project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality checks on websites, content, social media posts, and SEO deliverables.
• Build and refine QA checklists and flow charts to guarantee compliance with brand guidelines and technical specs.
• Draft, update, and organize feedback reports as a single source of truth for quality standards.
• Monitor project boards daily, identify items ready for review, and coordinate with team members to resolve bottlenecks.
• Generate weekly quality health reports for leadership to highlight recurring errors and training needs.
• Support final approvals, ensuring assets are correctly formatted and meet client expectations before launch.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Project Management.
• Strong expertise in Zoho or comparable project‑management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with a proven track record in process standardisation.
• Excellent analytical abilities to identify quality gaps and implement solutions.
• Effective communication skills for providing constructive feedback across time zones.
