Python Developer – AI Trainer (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Python developers to join our AI training team as remote, part‑time consultants. You will design realistic software engineering tasks, create reference implementations, and evaluate peer submissions to ensure high‑quality, production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑file coding tasks covering bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing.
• Write clear natural‑language specifications and reference implementations for each task.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites to validate solutions.
• Review peer‑generated tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and edge‑case coverage.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve task quality.

Required profile

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience working on backend or full‑stack production systems.
• Ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases.
