Project Manager – Telecommunications & IT

About the role

AudioCodes is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects and service delivery in the telecommunications and IT sectors. The role acts as the primary interface between customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deployment project plans, scopes of work, and schedules in collaboration with customers.
• Drive customer readiness activities, set expectations, and manage daily operational aspects of deployments.
• Communicate project and service status internally and externally.
• Own project timelines, profitability, and capture lessons learned for process improvement.
• Coordinate with AudioCodes service delivery teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing telecom or data‑communications projects, especially voice applications.
• BS/BA or equivalent education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact across the organization and with multiple customers.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and accountable for implementation and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMI) are a plus.
