Project Manager, Service Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Service Delivery team and own the end‑to‑end delivery of new orders for business customers. The role is fully remote and combines hands‑on technical delivery with coordination of internal and third‑party resources to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete delivery lifecycle for assigned orders, from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams and contracted third‑party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Provide regular, clear updates to customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number‑porting processes.
• Document dependencies and priorities to enable efficient project execution.
• Leverage hands‑on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support team and organizational success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery and/or project management.
• Hands‑on experience with VoIP, SD‑WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering with carriers.
• Proven ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
• Experience managing third‑party resources effectively.
