Pharmacovigilance Specialist (English, Spanish, Italian) – Remote

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a trilingual Pharmacovigilance Specialist to review, assess, and process safety data from multiple sources. The role is fully remote and supports internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulations and SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Process safety data according to applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Collect, track, and assess incoming adverse events (AEs) and endpoint information.
• Enter data into safety databases, code AEs and products, and draft narratives.
• Perform literature‑related activities and support pharmacovigilance reporting.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and delivery standards per project requirements.
• Collaborate with functional team members and healthcare professionals to resolve project issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is also required for the trilingual role.
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience (desirable).
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience (highly valued).
