Outsourcing Manager

About the role

The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing outsourcing risks and third‑party arrangements across Revolut. As an Outsourcing Manager you will work closely with Compliance, Risk and service delivery teams to oversee supplier and intra‑group relationships, ensure proper documentation, and meet regulatory reporting obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage third‑party risk activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing vendor monitoring.
• Implement policies and operating models for third‑party and supply‑chain risk management.
• Oversee internal governance processes for outsourcing approvals and vendor lifecycle changes.
• Provide clear guidance to staff on third‑party risk procedures, assessments, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant outsourcing and business‑resilience regulations.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on outsourcing activities, risks, compliance status, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in supply‑chain management, outsourcing, or third‑party risk management.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing and business‑resilience regulations in retail financial services.
• Proven ability to develop service‑management frameworks and conduct ongoing outsourcing risk assessments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
