Operations Systems & Access Management Consultant (Remote, Project-Based)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Operations Systems & Access Management Consultant to stabilise and optimise our operational infrastructure across multiple businesses. This short‑term remote project will focus on organising systems, centralising access, and cleaning up workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and restructure Google Workspace shared drives, permissions and access controls.
• Implement a centralised password manager (e.g., 1Password) and enforce 2FA for all company accounts.
• Design and document onboarding and off‑boarding workflows with role‑based permissions.
• Consolidate documentation and SOPs for platforms such as Stripe, Squarespace, QuickBooks Online, DocuSign, Slack, Calendly, Airbnb/Vrbo, Charm EHR and Notion.
• Perform general operational systems clean‑up and ensure consistent file ownership across companies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping and financial administration.
• Proficiency with Stripe, QuickBooks Online, PayPal, bank reconciliation and accounts receivable.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
• Experience managing SaaS tools, Google Workspace administration and remote team infrastructure.

What we offer

• Project‑based contract with hourly compensation of $18‑$25.
