About the role

Catalent is seeking a Production Operator specialized in inspection to join its Buenos Aires manufacturing plant. The role works on a rotating 3‑day on / 2‑day off schedule, ensuring that every capsule produced meets the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect 100 % of capsules using visual and semi‑automatic systems such as Grader and Visual System.
• Complete all required process documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Follow internal SOPs and GMP documentation to guarantee compliance.
• Verify proper operation of equipment linked to the inspection station.
• Control critical batch parameters as defined in the Batch Record.
• Perform sampling and in‑process controls of finished products using Near‑Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy and a Durometer.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• At least one year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Required skills

• Operation of Grader and Visual System inspection equipment.
• Use of NIR spectroscopy and Durometer for product testing.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements.
