Non-IT Recruiter – US Sales, Marketing & Operations (Remote PST)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Non‑IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for fast‑moving U.S. business roles in sales, marketing, operations, and leadership. The position is fully remote and operates on Pacific Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow‑up.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for communication skills, motivation, reliability, role fit, and leadership potential.
• Conduct structured phone/video interviews and maintain candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics, improve conversion rates, and meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for U.S. or European markets, specifically non‑IT business roles.
• Full‑cycle recruitment experience in sales, marketing, operations, or leadership positions.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously and work in a performance‑driven environment.
• Availability to work in the U.S. PST timezone.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms such as Breezy or GoHighLevel.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards for candidate sourcing.
