Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for an established U.S.-based family law firm. This fully remote position will own brand strategy, paid media, traditional campaigns, and the systems that link marketing spend to firm growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the firm’s brand positioning across all client‑facing surfaces, including website, social, advertising, intake collateral, attorney bios, and directory profiles.
• Plan, execute, and measure paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and other relevant channels, owning cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑acquisition metrics.
• Coordinate traditional marketing channels such as direct mail, print, radio, billboard, sponsorships, and community presence.
• Manage vendors and contractors for SEO, PPC, content, creative, video production, and PR, handling hiring, briefing, evaluation, and replacement.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadence that connect marketing spend to intake calls and signed cases, presenting results to firm leadership monthly.
• Identify growth opportunities, including new practice sub‑areas, geographies, referral relationships, and content formats.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in legal services, professional services, or other high‑consideration consumer categories.
• Hands‑on experience running paid media campaigns and interpreting performance data.
• Experience with traditional marketing channels (direct mail, print, broadcast) alongside digital.
• Proven track record of measurable contribution to revenue growth.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work asynchronously across U.S. time zones.
• Comfort owning a function end‑to‑end with senior partner oversight but no day‑to‑day supervision.
