About the role

IBM Finance & Operations is seeking a Procurement Leader to drive process innovation and operational efficiency for its BPO clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, leveraging data and technology to design and implement procurement solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve issues.
• Execute daily procurement transactions, including purchasing, supply‑chain operations, and supplier evaluations while ensuring compliance.
• Design and implement innovative process initiatives that improve efficiency and meet client tactical and strategic requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand procurement needs and create tailored solutions.
• Assess supplier performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing procurement processes in a BPO or similar environment.
• Deep understanding of client strategic goals, priorities, and operational contexts.
• Strong vendor relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to design and drive process innovation initiatives.
• Solid grasp of business operations and supply‑chain fundamentals.
