Jr Field Services Audio Visual Technician

About the role

The Junior Field Services Audio Visual Technician will ensure reliable performance and a seamless user experience for workplace technology and audio‑visual environments. Working on‑site in Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with end users, IT support, workplace technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality collaboration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot audio‑visual technologies, video‑conferencing solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and conference‑room collaboration systems.
• Provide technical support for executive meetings, presentations, town halls, live events, and hybrid collaboration sessions.
• Deliver on‑site desktop and end‑user support for Windows and macOS devices, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Coordinate device deployments, technology refreshes, workstation setups, and onboarding activities.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM processes, maintain accurate documentation, and meet service‑level commitments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience supporting audio‑visual technologies, workplace technology services, or IT field services.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, video‑conferencing platforms, cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems.
• Experience providing desktop support for Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, incident management, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of networking concepts and remote support technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
