Human Resources Associate – Talent Acquisition

About the role

ZS is seeking a proactive Human Resources Associate to join its Talent Acquisition team. In this position you will support the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating closely with hiring managers across multiple offices.

Key responsibilities

• Source, pre‑screen and attract candidates for experienced hiring opportunities.
• Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and advise on interview best practices.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate evaluations.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and new hires to improve recruiting processes.
• Maintain recruiting databases for statistical analysis and reporting.
• Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 1‑3 years of relevant recruiting experience (preferred).
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills or experience recruiting in Brazil are a plus.
• Client‑first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative problem‑solving approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
