About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This fully remote position supports both internal and client‑facing openings, helping to align talent with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assist in evaluating candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments.
• Collect and relay candidate feedback and fit information to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
