About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, helping to move talent efficiently through internal and client‑focused openings.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assist in assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
