Head of Owner Experience – Luxury Vineyard Community

About the role

The Vines is seeking a senior leader to own the post‑sale experience for more than 300 vineyard, villa and winery owners in the Uco Valley. Based in Mendoza, you will become the trusted point of contact for a community of high‑net‑worth investors who expect personalized, anticipatory service.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously improve a four‑tier owner service model across Vineyard, Villa, Winemaking and Home lanes.
• Lead and develop a team of 8‑10 professionals covering account management, wine experience, label management and logistics communication.
• Maintain deep, long‑term relationships with owners, proactively addressing needs and handling challenging situations.
• Drive revenue growth through tier upgrades, increased winemaking volumes, villa sales and referrals.
• Implement the EOS operating system (weekly meetings, quarterly rocks, scorecards) to ensure accountability and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of 8 or more in client services, luxury hospitality, premium membership or private wealth.
• Proven track record managing high‑value, long‑term client relationships with high renewal and referral rates.
• Strong alignment with a stewardship‑first mindset and a passion for long‑term relationship building.

Required skills

• Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar performance frameworks.
