Head of Institutional

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Head of Institutional to shape and lead the sales strategy and product roadmap of a multi‑asset, multi‑jurisdiction platform that blends Revolut’s consumer fintech scale with institutional‑grade infrastructure. This senior leader will own the full P&L of the new institutional business line and drive its growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale an institutional business line with full profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
• Define the product strategy for an execution‑to‑custody, multi‑jurisdiction offering.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans targeting broker‑dealers, private banks, wealth managers, local banks, family offices and fintechs.
• Recruit, lead and mentor the commercial team while personally closing early institutional clients.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver a competitive API‑first, multi‑asset platform.
• Establish the operating model and expand the team across multiple geographies.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in capital markets, institutional platforms, or B2B financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a business line with P&L ownership.
• Deep knowledge of the global markets stack and regulated multi‑entity environments.
• Strong commercial instincts and an extensive network of institutional clients.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on, from vision to closing the first deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a high‑performance, fast‑growth environment.
