General Maintenance & Repair Technician

About the role

The General Maintenance & Repair Technician ensures the safety, appearance, and functionality of HoliMont’s buildings, grounds, and ski facilities. Working both indoors and outdoors, you will support members and guests by delivering reliable maintenance, repair, and cleaning services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform snow removal tasks including plowing, salting, shoveling, and operating snow‑blowers.
• Execute janitorial duties such as cleaning tables, sanitation, vacuuming, sweeping, and bathroom upkeep.
• Carry out general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance and repair.
• Set up and tear down events, and assist with guest interactions in a courteous manner.
• Adapt to alternate functions during peak periods, holidays, and special events.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in maintenance, repair, or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to work in crowded, high‑traffic areas and on slippery or uneven surfaces.
• Willingness to stand for prolonged periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
