About the role

The Future Leaders Program – Commercial Function is a 36‑month rotational experience designed for ambitious professionals who want to drive commercial transformation at Philip Morris Argentina. Participants will rotate through two high‑impact assignments, gaining deep business fluency, cultural agility, and leadership exposure across the organization.

Key responsibilities
