Finance Manager – Fintech & Tax Specialist (Argentina)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our financial operations in Argentina. The role combines hands‑on accounting, tax compliance and strategic financial planning within a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations for the Argentine entity.
• Lead accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee local tax compliance, including IVA, Ingresos Brutos, Ganancias, retenciones & percepciones, and electronic invoicing.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Handle cash‑flow management, bank reconciliations and treasury activities.
• Support strategic financial planning, budgeting and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with international finance, legal, compliance and operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong background in fintech, crypto, payments or digital banking.
• Deep knowledge of Argentina’s tax system and reporting obligations.
• Proven ability to work proactively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent English is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Electronic invoicing platforms.
• Expertise in Argentine tax compliance (IVA, Ingresos Brutos, Ganancias, retenciones & percepciones).
