Executive Search Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for technology‑driven, fast‑scaling businesses. The role is fully remote and operates across multiple regions, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and closing high‑impact leadership hires.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end executive search processes, from strategy design to offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps using proactive outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure structured interview processes.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire, and maintain data quality in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience.
• Proven success filling Director, VP, or C‑suite roles in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for technology, SaaS, fintech, gaming, or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Familiarity with global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
