Equipment Operator

About the role

The Equipment Operator ensures safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. You will work closely with field and maintenance crews, preparing equipment for operation and supporting continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable PSD services to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support implementation.
• Assist field and maintenance teams in preparing equipment for operations.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order and report any problems or deviations.
• Prepare equipment for rig‑up and rig‑down periods.
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear required PPE and adhere to HSE policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date safety training and certifications.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and HSE standards.
• Willingness to collaborate with field and maintenance crews.
• Ability to follow instructions, attend meetings, and complete documentation accurately.
