Economic Modeling Research Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture Research is seeking an Economic Modeling Research Associate Manager to join its global innovation team. You will work closely with data scientists, economists, and visualization experts to turn data‑driven insights into compelling stories that address complex business, technology, and societal challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Frame economic research problems and define analytical approaches.
• Design and execute groundbreaking economic research at the intersection of business and technology.
• Develop novel data‑driven methods to support current and future projects.
• Promote awareness and understanding of economic and data‑science tools (econometric modeling, text analytics, sentiment analysis, data‑wrangling, machine learning, etc.) across Accenture.
• Support global research initiatives aligned with Accenture’s strategic priorities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in economic research and data‑driven analysis.
• Proven ability to set up econometric and structural models.
• Strong interest in technology, business analytics, and the economic research agenda.
• Strategic problem‑solver with excellent written and oral communication.
• Client‑focused, decisive, resilient under tight deadlines, and able to work in multicultural teams.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Economic modeling tools: Stata, R, Python.
• Techniques: cross‑section and time‑series econometrics, causal inference, experimental design.
• Generative AI for research questions.
• Data‑wrangling, machine learning, text analytics, sentiment analysis.
