About the role

Our client is looking for a digitally‑native Recruiter who thrives on modern talent acquisition methods. You will source, screen, and engage high‑quality candidates across multiple industries while leveraging AI tools to accelerate the hiring workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage top‑tier talent using advanced search techniques.
• Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline sourcing and outreach.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine hiring strategies.
• Deliver a high‑energy, positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Ensure smooth communication and onboarding coordination with internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Scout, or similar outreach‑focused role.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate tasks and draft communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret resumes.
