Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a key member of BYD Argentina, you will collaborate with local and global stakeholders to design and execute online activities that boost brand awareness and drive sales. You will own the content and social media strategy, support CRM and lead‑management set‑up, and ensure a consistent digital presence across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the organic social media strategy, optimizing existing channels and exploring new platforms.
• Advise dealer partners on locally managed social accounts and coordinate their activities for cross‑national consistency.
• Design and manage the brand ambassador and influencer programme in partnership with HQ and external agencies.
• Secure creative brand partnerships and event activations to enrich the content engine.
• Maintain and update content on all BYD digital channels.
• Lead organic search optimisation to improve discoverability and content performance.
• Define measurement KPIs, run tests, and report on results to demonstrate impact on engagement and perception.
• Support the setup of digital CRM and lead‑management processes.
• Manage budgets, seeking efficiencies and tracking spend.
• Oversee relationships with external partners such as brand collaborators, event suppliers, and influencer agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a results‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
