Designer – Global Studios (Remote)

About the role

Join DEPT®'s Global Studios team as a Designer, creating emotive, conversion‑focused digital experiences for leading brands. You will collaborate with strategists, copywriters and fellow designers to turn client briefs into compelling visual solutions that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Take design briefs from concept to final delivery, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Generate innovative ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.
• Source images, create digital artwork, and develop rich visual content for websites, apps and email.
• Design small animations and motion assets for digital campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple marketing channels, including social, OOH and events.
• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design and marketing trends.

Required profile

• Proven digital design experience using industry‑standard tools.
• Self‑driven, resourceful and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and embraces feedback.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines for global brands.
