Delivery Lead

About the role

Telus Digital is seeking a Delivery Lead to partner with Fortune 500 clients, define product vision, and manage scope, risk, and new product opportunities in Data & AI. The role combines client‑facing leadership with people‑management responsibilities, acting as a virtual CEO for each project.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product development involving traditional AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Lead creation of data‑centric products critical to client businesses.
• Leverage deep client‑service experience to decide on scope, design, architecture and process.
• Deliver tailored communication for engineering, product, marketing and C‑level audiences.
• Create and align holistic project plans (WillowTree, client, third‑party) and drive convergent implementation.
• Ensure sustainable team flow while focusing on key client objectives.
• Apply appropriate project‑management frameworks and adapt to changing environments.
• Visit client sites 1‑3 days per month (up to 20% of time) during kickoff or launch periods.
• Manage account details, project scope and client relationships directly.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in the software development industry in roles such as Project Manager, Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products for large enterprises.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, mentoring and developing Delivery Leads and Project Managers.
• Strong client‑service background with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable acting as a virtual CEO, overseeing team growth and career development.
• Willingness to work hybrid, attending the Buenos Aires office 1‑2 times per week.
