About the role

Félix is seeking a Data Analyst specialized in fraud and risk prevention to help protect its AI‑powered remittance platform. You will work closely with Risk Operations, Payments, Growth, and senior leadership to turn risky patterns into actionable insights that support healthy growth for millions of Latino users in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on core fraud metrics such as losses, false‑positive rates, and operational efficiency.
• Deep‑dive into historical and emerging fraudulent trends, delivering data‑driven insights and visual dashboards for continuous monitoring.
• Design, build, and maintain fraud detection features, rules, and predictive models that adapt to evolving threat vectors.
• Conduct human‑in‑the‑loop reviews to complement automated detection systems.
• Evaluate operational processes, create feedback loops, and recommend improvements to reduce risk exposure.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in risk analysis or fraud prevention within a financial or payments environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risky behaviors and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
