Customer Experience Associate

About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at WeWork, you will be the primary point of contact for members and guests, representing the brand on a daily basis. You will work on‑site to support the Community Management team, ensuring a welcoming and collaborative environment in the building.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during business hours, greeting members and guests with a warm demeanor.
• Ensure all visitors sign in via the Welkio tablet and comply with WeWork’s guest policy.
• Learn member and guest names to build relationships and personalize experiences.
• Anticipate member needs, keep front‑desk area clean and organized, and maintain up‑to‑date building forms (pet, filming, bike room, etc.).
• Notify members of deliveries, answer questions about way‑finding, policies, and community etiquette.
• Support event programming by providing feedback, evaluating attendance and satisfaction, and celebrating member milestones.
• Assist the Community Lead and Community Manager in driving growth, promoting services, and keeping building operations efficient.
