CRM & RevOps Operator – SQL‑Heavy, Remote (Argentina)

About the role
Sales Momentum is looking for a full‑time CRM & RevOps Operator to own and optimise their revenue systems. You will work remotely from Argentina, ensuring data integrity, building reports, and supporting a major migration from Close.io to HubSpot.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain data hygiene in Close CRM (deduping, routing, automation upkeep).
- Write and run SQL queries to extract, transform, and present decision‑grade reports.
- Develop and maintain single‑source‑of‑truth dashboards and reporting tools.
- Document SOPs, data dictionaries, and process maps to keep knowledge shared.
- Lead one structured improvement initiative each month (cleanup, automation, or new report).
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with sales‑focused CRMs, preferably Close.io and HubSpot.
- Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and back solutions with evidence.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough documentation.
Required skills
- SQL (query writing and data formatting).
- HubSpot CRM (implementation and migration experience).
- Close CRM (experience is a strong plus).
- n8n workflow automation.
- Webhook handling.
- Zapier and Make (Integromat) for integrations.
