Controller & Reporting Senior Analyst

About the role

The Senior Controller & Reporting Analyst will lead the consolidation of corporate financial statements, produce monthly management reports, and support external reporting requirements for shareholders, regulators and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate corporate financial statements and develop monthly management reporting and analysis of financial and operating results.
• Prepare external financial reports for shareholders, the SEC, government agencies, creditors, analysts and the public.
• Provide financial analytical support, including competitor analysis and impact analysis of the US tax provision.
• Ensure integrity of financial data across corporate systems and interfaces with operating company systems.
• Consolidate corporate‑level tax adjustments and support monthly tax provision reporting.
• Offer technical tax accounting support and guidance to internal functions.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Drive digital transformation by expanding use of Power Query, Power BI, PowerApps and supporting the ERP migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Required profile

• Technical Accounting degree.
• More than 10 years of experience in controller organizations, leading month‑end close and reporting cycles.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication with key partners.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with business insight.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to influence without direct authority.
