Construction Operations & Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, tech‑savvy Construction Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to manage our custom Monday.com construction portal, enforce processes, and keep project schedules on track. This remote, full‑time position supports multiple construction projects across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and monitor construction schedules for multiple projects, ensuring no double‑booking of staff, vendors, or contractors.
• Maintain daily attendance and punctuality of on‑site teams.
• Audit project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Manage the custom Monday.com portal, keeping workflows, tasks, and protocols up‑to‑date.
• Monitor job‑site activity via security cameras and field reporting tools.
• Communicate daily with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers through phone, Slack, and other tools.
• Coordinate with procurement and field teams to accelerate timelines and improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in construction operations and field scheduling.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can act with urgency.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to hold teams accountable to milestones and deadlines.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly compensation of $1,200 – $1,700 USD.
• Fully remote work within Central or South America.
• Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM EST).
