Concierge – Europe

About the role

UJV is seeking a Europe‑focused Concierge to join its growing team of luxury travel experts. The role supports Europe Destination Specialists by crafting seamless itineraries and delivering a premium service experience for high‑end clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build itineraries that meet UJV Europe standards, acting as the primary client contact after booking.
• Provide essential travel information (guides, packing lists, visa advice) and handle client inquiries via email and phone.
• Coordinate personalized travel elements such as excursions, transfers, dining, spa treatments and ensure all bookings reflect client preferences.
• Conduct multiple quality checks on flights, accommodations and transfers, and prepare final travel documents for clients or advisors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date travel guides, vendor databases and other resources to enhance client experiences.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of luxury travel experience with strong knowledge of the European tourism market.
• Native‑level English proficiency, both written and spoken, with excellent email etiquette.
• Detail‑oriented and passionate about managing complex travel logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
