About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist who can provide operational and administrative assistance to clinical functions while leveraging intermediate Portuguese language skills. The role is hybrid, based in Buenos Aires, and supports a fast‑moving life‑sciences environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and communications, manage shared mailboxes, and organize project files.
• Track action items, timelines, and milestones across cross‑functional teams.
• Enter, maintain, and reconcile data in project and clinical tracking systems.
• Perform document creation, formatting, version control, and quality control.
• Translate documents using approved vendors or systems.
• Utilize AI‑enabled tools, dashboards, and automated reports for logistical and analytical support.
• Support Trial Master File (TMF) filing and ensure inspection‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese; English fluency required.
• Experience in clinical trial support, regulatory affairs, or related life‑sciences functions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality deliverables.
