Business Analyst – Business Intelligence (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in Business Intelligence to join our collaborative, remote team. You will support our clients by turning data into actionable insights and helping automate business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and weekly reporting processes and synthesize information for stakeholders.
• Analyze reporting data, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, propose business solutions and assist with implementation.
• Evaluate current business processes, identify automation opportunities, and organize daily workflow.
• Provide administrative support for effective meetings, prepare informational material, and coordinate logistical aspects.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Engineering.
• Creative and analytical problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience with Google Analytics (required).
• Experience in Digital Marketing (required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology and digital modernization.
