Assistant Clinical Research Associate (Assistant CRA)

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As an Assistant Clinical Research Associate you will work remotely and on‑site to assist with site preparedness, logistics, and monitoring activities across multiple clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Support site start‑up, management, recruitment, and close‑out phases under the guidance of a CRA and Clinical Lead.
• Perform remote review of EMR/EHR checklists and assist with collection of required assessments.
• Verify document collection, update site electronic document logs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Customize site ICFs, review patient‑facing materials and translations, and manage vendor qualification processes.
• Coordinate system access for site staff, track training completion, and handle logistics for investigator meetings.
• Maintain vendor trackers, manage study supplies, and support essential document collection and updates.
• Assist with site payment processes, invoice reconciliation, and monitoring of centralized tools.

Required profile

• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines accurately.
• Strong attention to detail for document verification and data reconciliation.
• Comfort working both remotely and in an office environment.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of vendor management processes.
