Area Field Manager – Córdoba & Cuyo

About the role

Join a leading consumer goods company as an Area Field Manager responsible for the Córdoba and Cuyo region. You will lead a field team to execute commercial strategies in the indirect retail channel, building strong relationships with key customers and driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and propose investment strategies for indirect retail, aligning resources with customer and channel segmentation.
• Achieve business objectives for reach, distribution, product availability, and brand visibility in line with portfolio plans.
• Maintain and develop the distribution network, collaborating with Route‑to‑Market initiatives.
• Implement quarterly commercial plans based on market analysis and performance metrics to meet sales targets.
• Drive channel development and ensure execution of actions defined by the Key Accounts team.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the field team to achieve set objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in FMCG, including at least 2 years managing field teams in indirect retail.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational abilities.
• Results‑oriented, strategic thinking and customer‑focused mindset.
