Analyst – Valuations (Deals Transaction Services)

About the role

PWC is seeking an Analyst to join its Valuations practice within Deals Transaction Services. The role focuses on providing valuation analysis and financial modelling for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other complex transactions, helping clients make informed, value‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and assess financial risks associated with potential deals.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation opinions.
• Prepare fair‑value determinations and valuation reports for intangible assets and options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver data‑driven insights to clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with professional and technical standards and ensure compliance with PwC’s code of conduct.
