Adobe Journey Optimizer Engineer

About the role

Modus Create is looking for an Adobe Journey Optimizer Engineer to design, configure, and launch personalized customer journey campaigns within the Adobe Experience Cloud. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to turn marketing strategies into scalable, data‑driven experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and deploy customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Configure multi‑channel campaign workflows, triggers, decisioning logic, and timing controls.
• Build and manage audience segmentations, targeting rules, and personalization logic.
• Deploy email campaigns, integrate pre‑designed templates, and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Troubleshoot execution issues, perform testing, validation, and optimize workflow performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Proven ability to configure and execute customer journeys based on established campaign strategies.
• Strong focus on quality assurance, testing, and production deployment.
• Experience with multi‑channel orchestration and campaign lifecycle management.
