About the role
Four Seasons Buenos Aires is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Human Resources team. The role will help ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration while upholding the brand’s high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes, personnel administration and related legal matters.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires, preparing and updating employee files.
- Track and maintain employee documentation such as medical certificates, food‑handling certificates and rosters.
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons internal policies.
- Help organize and execute internal HR events.
- Keep HR databases and information up‑to‑date.
- Utilize internal tools including Workday, payroll systems and SPEC.
Required profile
- Studies in Human Resources (student or graduate); administration or hospitality backgrounds are also valued.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong service orientation and alignment with Four Seasons culture.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple processes.
- High level of confidentiality and responsible handling of information.
