Accounting Analyst – Finance (Buenos Aires)

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our finance team in Buenos Aires. The role supports accounting and treasury functions, providing analytical reports and ensuring accurate financial processing.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and apply company business systems, processes, controls, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare accounting reports and complex analyses using spreadsheets and financial applications.
• Download, review, and validate weekly supplier payment proposals and manage payment certificates.
• Prepare bi‑weekly and monthly tax withholding reports.
• Review general ledger accounts, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare and post journal vouchers, research and resolve basic accounting issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and collaborate with Treasury.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Accounting, Business or related field.
• 9 months to 3 years of experience in accounting‑related roles.
• Knowledge of Argentine accounting principles.
• Experience with accounts payable, supplier payments or treasury processes.
• Ability to prepare and post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under general supervision and follow internal controls.
