Technical Consultant – Argentina

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to support our Maglumi IVD platform across Argentina. The role combines on‑site and remote technical assistance, training of distributor engineers and ensuring high satisfaction for end‑users and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional sales and local distributors to address customer needs.
• Provide online and on‑site technical support for the Maglumi system, ensuring proper operation.
• Promote optimal reagent parameters and monitor consumption per analyzer.
• Collect installation data, maintain relationships with reference customers, and follow up on complaints.
• Deliver service training to local engineers and support technical skill development across distributors.
• Manage reagent and spare‑part applications for distributors, ensuring timely returns.
• Perform any additional tasks required by Snibe.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the IVD sector.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Fluent English for daily communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Maglumi diagnostic system.
• IVD technical support, both online and on‑site.
• Reagent and spare‑part management.
