Talent Attraction Recruiter – Global Delivery Services

About the role

As a Talent Attraction Recruiter you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to build a pipeline of high‑quality contractor and full‑time talent for EY Global Delivery Services. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract contractors and experienced hires.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
• Drive sourcing initiatives, including inclusive and creative techniques.
• Provide operational knowledge to guarantee a seamless candidate journey.
• Coordinate local and national recruiting events and initiatives.
• Integrate EY’s brand into all recruitment activities and leverage social media.
• Champion new technologies, tools, and processes across the recruiting community.
• Stay current on talent market trends and ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements.
• Utilize AI‑driven tools and analytics to enhance sourcing, screening, and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in professional/financial services, corporate, or agency environments.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment for contractor and permanent roles.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
