Senior Proposal Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Proposal Senior Analyst to join our Global Client Pursuits team. The role supports the development and delivery of high‑quality pitches and proposals, working closely with Pitch Leads, partners, and stakeholders across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and delivery of pitch and proposal materials for global and regional opportunities.
• Draft, tailor, format, and proofread pitch content, presentations, and client‑facing documents.
• Coordinate input from partners, stakeholders, and multiple offices to meet tight deadlines.
• Conduct research and provide insights for opportunity assessments and proposal strategies.
• Maintain pitch records, reporting trackers, and content management systems.
• Assist local offices and regional teams with day‑to‑day pitch requests and pursuit activities.
• Contribute to Pitch Enablement initiatives, best‑practice sharing, and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in pitch development, proposal writing, content creation, and project coordination.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems creatively, and drive tasks to completion.
• Client‑service mindset, flexibility, enthusiasm, and proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
