Senior Digital Designer – Performance & Ads (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join a fast‑paced, performance‑driven marketing team of a well‑established US company. The role focuses on creating high‑performing digital creatives for paid media campaigns across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with media buyers, strategists, and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Create static, motion and video creatives for paid campaigns.
• Produce multiple ad variations for testing and scaling.
• Edit short‑form video and UGC‑style content.
• Design landing pages in Unbounce, Webflow or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with media buyers and marketing teams.
• Iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, performance marketing or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ads, campaigns, motion and video work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience creating performance‑driven ad creatives and understanding of conversion‑focused design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high‑volume environment.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Based in Argentina.
